Refund timing

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Partial refunds

Items that are worn, washed, damaged or missing tags may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a faulty or incorrect item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us and we’ll look into it.
