30-day returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email hello@clothsify.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label for US orders; international customers cover return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Choose an exchange when you start your return and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your original item is scanned by the carrier.

Final sale items

Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
