Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $75 ship free within the United States. See the table below for typical delivery times.
International orders
We currently ship to the US, UK and EU. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll help make it right.
